To enter into the contest you need to post in this thread atleast 1 still photo of your Race built UTV and atleast 1 action action photo or build photo of your UTV. We then want to know about your UTV and what makes it original, who built it, what your favorite features are, what your saftey features are, and feel free to tell us any other information you feels makes your UTV original. Of course you can list your sponsors as well! Voting will begin on Febuary 22nd by our members here. The winner will be announced on Febuary 26th and the winner will be awarded a pair of Simpson D3 Restraints in the color of their choice!! Simpson Logos and UTVUnderground Logos are not required in the shot but are always welcome!!! You must be a UTVUnderground member to enter. Only one entry per race vehicle, meaning multiple team members cannot enter the same car but can post up to add to the origional team members post. ![]()

started as a 2006 full rhino that me and my best friend Todd (owner or 151 Fab) built entirly in my own garage. No work bench, No vise, No sheet metal tools but a bead roller.
Thanks for all your guys comments and all of the great support ($$) , parts and direction from some of the Vendors on here. RUGGED RADIOS,UTV CRAP, BOOYAA CREW, UTV UNDERGROUND, KING SHOCKS, and of course 151 FABRICATION (updating the website soon). It only took me 2 years to finish this car. List of parts on this build: 2007 R1 Motor Custom wiring harness (only took 4 harnesses to get it right) Completly Chromoly chassie (except the stock rhino center floor) KarTech 930 race Axles RBP 930 Micro stubs and Billet 4 piston calipers Mckenzies 930 raceprep Cv's Jeffco Reverse Box PRP seats with 5. Crow belts Rugged Radio- intercom w/DSP & car ro car & ipod mount Hella 4000 HID lights w/ front light bar & actuator- all on quick release (5) BFG Mud Terrain w/ Powder coated center line offroad racing rims Custom mad rear rims w/ Xtreme Sand Squirts - Comp cut Front Smoothy 28" tires custom made KING 4 tube 2.5 X 16" rear Bypass W/ 14" 2.0 rear coil carrier KING 3 Tube 2.5 X 14" front Bypass w/12" 2.0 front coil carrier Braided brake lines connecting to WilWood reverse hanging pedals Billet Gas Pedal 840c Baja Lowrance GPS Grave Titanium mufflers - w/ ceramic coating Custom equial Length Header w/ ceramic coating Aluminum Tie rods connecting to a custom machined steering box Rear LED light bar Fluidyne Dual Pass Radiator w/ All Silicone Blue Hoses SideWinder Chain - Rated at 18K Lbs of strength Beard window nets Aftermarket Hood and rear fenders - all on quick release pins Full Belly Aluminum skid plates for Desert prerunning 18G center mounted fuel cell with Foam installed (2) Billet fuel filters and a inline electric fuel pump w/ billet Reg. (8) Mckenzies Limiting straps- 2 per corner 32 Peices of custom made aluminum interior and exterior Lots of Laser cutting Some of the features it has: 22" of rear travel (strapped short) 21" of Front travel (with absolutly no bump steer) Custom built Trailing arms that allow the rear paddles to sit in more Weight - Dry 1530 Lbs The car is exactly 100 Lbs havier in the rear 92" Wheel base Laser cut and tig welded rear shock tower that was designed to stay clear of the pass and drivers head incase of a roll over. Laser Cut and Tig welded Bulk head to match the upper front shock tower. Light bar is Actuated Quick pins will remove the following in seconds- rear bumper, light bar, side steps, hood, rear fenders, Steering wheel, rear LED light bar. Tilt steering wheel. The car seating and pedas were set up with in 1" of a brand new 09 chevy full size truck. Custom dash - made to look similair to a old corvette Front J-Arm suspension I'm sure I'm forgetting about 2000 more things but You guys get the picture. ![]() Built 100% in my garage with plenty of pics to proove it. ![]() |

I started with a 2006 family truckster. It was a 4 seat XMF suspended 686 motored rhino. One day got a wild hair up there and decided to try and race. XMF had a chromoly bolt on cage that someone ordered and didnt end up getting so I got a smokin deal on it. Scott made some sheetmatal doors and we were race ready.
