I'm not going to throw out all the specs just yet, but I will do my absolute best to keep this thread up-to-date with pictures and details as the build progress's.

This is a picture of how the car sits right now, with a little more "trimming" needed before we begin.

Suspension is mocked up, shocks are valved, frame is being plated for stength and to give a solid surface to weld too. Dano can elaborate more......

We got the wheel at full bump so we know where to mount the seats.....gonna be tricky but we will get it worked out!

Not sure....The chassis should be complete next week. But my tins guy is gone that entire next week in Baja racing for All German Motorsports so I am thinking we are aiming for last week of March to be rolling.......I am in no rush...This build is so fun to watch and help with, I want to make sure everything is done right. Magnum is so awesome and they do such amazingingly detailed work! I cant wait to break out my Nikon and snap some detailed shots!

As soon as I sell the wifes!!! LMAO......Nahh this is going to be dual purpose!! 3 seats int he rear are going to be mounted on a bracket that will be released with 4 military grade quick releases. All 3 seats will be able to be pulled within a minute leaving a smooth aluminum bed that I can then strap my cooler, a spare tire or 2 and a gas can!!!

LMAO!! Dude Waytay, I know my finish date has been pushed back a few weeks but if its not done by September then I'm takin the milk truck!!! LOL.....No the guys at Magnum are making great progress considering they have like 5 SXS's and 3 hummers in the shop!! They dont mess around when it comes to deadlines, we will be done in a few weeks! The wait will make the first ride that much sweeter!

Fuel cell will be located in front of the motor hidden under an aluminum dash & center console. The fill will be tucked under the hood.

I am so pumped! We are delivering it to get tins next week....once that aluminum is on its going to look bad azz!! The fab work is top notch...Magnum Off Road is an organized, fair, and honest shop that does amazing work with attention to quality and detail. I couldn't be happier with how the car is turning out so far!! The kids will be safe and we will still be able to rally!!!

I would love to have a dash like the one in the RZR ZTFab did and one like Trestles/Cheyne did so we will see how far my budget can carry me......

I will in the future probably but I think I am going to rattle it first until I make sure that I dont want to add or change anything. I am going to clean the whole chassis up real nice for now but I think I will powder it after I decide what motor swap I am going to do. Sucks when you powder and then have to grind down areas to weld on.....

It isnt cheap but it is what it is...If i owned the molds I would sell it for cheaper...but its a bad ass hood! Lots of fiber for you to trim up to fit your build perfectly. It isnt just a stock replacement although you can trim out and mount all the stock hardware to make it work on a stocker and flip up like the stock hood.

OK well we burned up the night last night to get it on its wheels and I must say its starting to feel like we are almost there!!! We still got a good chucnk to do before its ready for the dirt but we should have a 75% complete car in the desert for the weekend to get a feel of the handling and what not. Major props goes out to the Magnum boys who are not only workin their butts off to get my ride done but are working on C-Gib, MIA Racing, our buddy Erics Rhino, The car formally known as the ORange Rotax which is now the RASTA Rotax, and countless other vehicles. These guys at MAGNUM OFFROAD are truly amazing!!!! Here is how it sits now!

I didnt measure yet but the car roof is at my chin when standing next to it so it is LOW! In the last pic you can see the Rasta Rotax in front so for any of you that know how low that Orange Rotax was this gives you an idea of just how low mine is!

yeah I never thought that bumper would be bolted back on but it is for this weekend becuase we are going to mount 4 Baja Designs Fuego HID's to it instead of making a temp light bar. I am going to be runnign 5 Baja Designs Pre Runner HID's on the light bar and they wont be in for a few more weeks so 4 Fuegos on the stock bumper is how were gonna roll for this weekend!! It should actually look pretty sick!!!

OK so I have to make a post to thank everyone who has gotten the car this far already!!

First off MAGNUM OFF ROAD! You guys are the real deal. Nothin but hard work and great ideas flowing out those shop doors!! I couldnt be happier to be working with you guys and my car is turning out unbelievable! I had so much fun mashing it this weeknd even 3/4's done! Big shout to Carlos who was working for free on this thing just to get it out for the weeknd!!!!

MUZZYS - The exhaust is BAD AZZ!!! Sound is great, and performance is awesome!

ORW - Thanks for all the hookups on the ins and outs to make this buid happen - From the Suade MOMO wheel, to the steering knuckles, to tabs! You guys got it all and got it in stock!!!!

Rugged Radios - I havent got them installed yet but I know when I do I am going to be thrilled!!!!

Black Rhino performance - You hooked up many parts including my awesome Simpson Helmet and K&N Intake!

PRP - The seats are cush! The Harnneses are off the chain, I like the harnneses better than CROWS!! They look better and the fit and feel is awesome!!!

Dynamic Services and Products - Sam your tim work is great! Thanks for busting out the panels and firewalls in such a short ammount of time! I cant wait to get the roof, dash and console done!!

Rhino parts and Performance - Thanks for the new hose kit! I cant wait to put it on my motor when its complete!!

Joey, this car is looking sick. I am guessing you set the valving for one or two riders since that is when the speeds will happen. Magnum has some talent. It is also to bad the info on the motor got side tracked, we rock the Weller 720 ( that i cant say enough about ) with no heat issues. Even during the summer stop and go on the streets of Phx. it rolls about 180. We saw 200 once while puttin the smack down on a razor headed back to Gordons from Glamis. BTW there was myself (240 lbs) my wife and our two kids in our rhino. Cant wait to see the finished product.

i am running the stock coolers, a Rhinocraft cdi, stock carb, high volume fuel pump, K&N intake,Two Bros exhaust and Bronco clutch. we dont have the top end done, just the bottom and the motor still rips

Thats different....good thing you have a radio system.....cause that thing is going to have some harmonics to it. We had to add twice as many tab as what the original set up had to keep it quiet....Sweet place for a big phat LOGO:D

lol...yeah I am already anticipating the rattling of aluminum so my plan is after powdercoat to add a vinyl lining to all the interior sides of the tins and then add a foam strip to all the edges. That should kill most of the "harmonics!" LOL

Sam is also adding some bracing to the roof hatch to keep it steady to keep it from flexing during HIGH rates of speed!! LOL
