I usually camp in a-4 a-5 on the grid which I can post.

the comp hill at dumont is vertical in some spots. dumont is definitly a fun trip i try to get there at least once a year.

We live close to Dumont and go there all winter. Love it out there. We will be there this Halloween. Also we are going to make a couple of trips to Glamis. Can't wait.

Hey guys here's an option next year to satisfy the jonesing--do what a group of us do each year ( end of June / early july ) & take a trip out to the secret jewel of St. Anthony sand dunes--epic riding w/ highs ranging from mid 70's to low 80's & lows of mid 40's those months--and by epic i mean 17 miles of continuous riding w/ almost every dune transitioning to almost perfect jumps, and w/ big hills ( espescially choke cherry hill ) that make comp ( either comp ) child's play , and so u know I live in Pahrump now and have called my home dunes since i was 7yrs old ( vegas born / raised ) as Dumont and travelled to every major dune at least once to feed my own jones--it takes about 30 mins at a 3rd / 4th gear pace of hard riding ( 700 & 470's ) to get to the big dunes from one of the best full hook up rv resorts ( yup full service at Sand Hills Resort )--oh and plus mid way through the travels to & fro their is lake Egin transitioning right to the dunes edge. For reference its an approx 13hr drive from Vegas. Cheers & hopefully see ya Halloween weekend out @ Dumont maybe on one of those short bus rides ( LOL ).

Thats our usual spot for Halloween we try to camp way out past three in the boonies so we can get some real estate for the kids, dogs, and midnight atc70 rages:D
