1: All Side By Side’s must have 4 point harness for each occupant.

3: Side doors or nets are required keep occupant legs within the foot well area.

Two racers I help just finished the 3rd practice for the day.
It is mostly the Mx track with one of the hills. That all anyone was allowed to practice on.
But it will run over to the LOORS track for the race. Looks like its going to be a big turn out.

Home sweet home after a bad ass day of racing. I would have to say this was my favorite track yet. Some parts of the course were pretty ugly, But rest made up for it! I liked all the wide open sections specially the short-course.

42 UTV's showed up to Glen Helen ready to take on the WORCS SERIES RD #7. Lots of new people and some manufactures out supporting this event such as DWT,Dragon Fire,WALKER EVANS, HOLZ RACING and UTVunderground.

There was cars all over the road broke down and flipped over. I ended up in 4th place in class 3 and 20th overall.It's all about saftey and see who's car can last till the end. Suspension is a key in these races if your car dosen't stay together you may want to look into 747INK.
747 INK brought 4 utv's to this race 3 rhinos and 1 off the show room floor Polaris XP900 that 747 INK built in 2 weeks. All 4 cars managed to finsh this brutal course and KAYLA SMITH is still leading her class 3 and fighting for overall points for the WORCS SERIES 2011.

OCan someone explain how the process of who starts on the first row and who starts on the second row is determined? I have heard of a couple racers upset with starting positions.

All starts are done off of points standings for the current year of racing for their class. Each # of utvs in a row is done diferently at each track for safty. Because can't have 20 utvs going into the first turn without getting someone hurt. People tried to move up a line at glen helen after being told which line to be on. Before the race started all racers were checked and put on the right line. Also the lines are all time corected so if you start on the 2nd row 30 seconds behind the 1st row and you finish with in 30 seconds of someone that was on the first row and you are behind them at the finish you beat them.

I talked with a very seasoned racer and he told me Beau can flat out drive. Watch the video posted above and listen to the motor rev on Beau's car vs the car filming. I heard you were running down the hill wide open and then blasting through the burm. I think you can see by the video below he knows how to handle just about every kind of BIKE, QUAD or UTV....

Because can't have 20 utvs going into the first turn without getting someone hurt. People tried to move up a line at glen helen after being told which line to be on. Before the race started all racers were checked and put on the right line. Also the lines are all time corected so if you start on the 2nd row 30 seconds behind the 1st row and you finish with in 30 seconds of someone that was on the first row and you are behind them at the finish you beat them.

1st off I'm really sorry you didn't have a good experience at worcs. I hope you can make it to as many as you can to see how much fun they really can be. You are a great driver and after seeing you race their isn't anybody really that can say other wise. The comment wasent only directed to just you. There were many that just didn't know how it worked so they felt cheeted. Just letting everyone know how it works sorry for the confusion.

Beau is a PRO quad racer, and hauls the mail. IMO, someone who is that fast on a quad knows how to push a 4-wheeled machine to it's absolute limits, and does it on a regular basis. To transfer that ability to a UTV is pretty fluid - there are SO many similarities to racing a quad - with just a few exceptions (weight and not being able to move it in the air with your body). I'm sure all of the riding ability that makes Beau so incredibly fast on a quad transfer right on over to his XP, so it's no surprise to anyone who has watched Beau race in the Pro ATV class that he's fast in his XP, too. Not to mention, the XP is just plain fast anyway. Good combination of driver and machine! ;)

His factory doors where opening while he was racing and bucking, I was behind him until he put it on it's side and his hand got stuck under the cage. Trip to the hospital and OUT of the race.This could be prevented and you wouldbe able to still finish the race with the proper equipment.
If he had PRP window nets and doors that don't open he would have been just fine in a roll over and continue on.

RJ I hope you can make the 2 final rounds of the season, WORCS is new to dealing with 40 car fields and getting everyone lined up properly might take some more effort in the future.

Maybe a small round blank sticker given with your registration to put on your hood, then as you pass through to the line the official that tells you what line to go in can write it on the round dot, then a few minutes before go time, a WORCS official can just walk down the line and double check by glancing at that sticker? Just a thought....

I was setup in the front line of my class and the official walked down the line and made me go in the last row with a total of 4 utvs in my row and 6 utvs in the front row. I don't really care but was just wondering why?
I wanted to battle it out but I guess it's better because I could have been in the rhino mess on one of the turns.

Not trying to defend anyone, nor do I care to. But if Luke was supposedly "getting drunk", then why did you walk over to him and tell him what you told him pre-race? Seem's to me you and your boy Dan are just trying to stir the pot. I spoke with Luke post race and he says your story is WAY off, and that you had a hard-on for him the minute you and Dan saw the MAGNUM stickers on his car. I'm flattered that just the sight of my sticker gets such a response.

Moral of the story, being the professional you are Trevor you shouldn't go online and attempt to bash someones character with bogus claims. Especially someone you solicited only moments prior. I'm just doing the right thing here and defending someone that isn't here to defend themselves.

In regards to the accident between Kayla and larry, We should all hope our 15 yr olds were as tallented as she is, It was an accident everyone missed that turn and shes about 5' tall belted down to the floorbaord and strapped in, cant see anything behind her, anyone of us 30-40ish drivers could have made the same mistake..So please keep it i mind!!!
