I have never even pulled my plug to look at it and was wondering how often you guys do. What plug do you put back in?

I replaced mine after like 500-600 miles....I went with the irridium plug....

man you guys talking about your hair plugs again? My spark plugs i do maybe once a year or whenever i pull motor apart

I changed mine at about 1000 miles just because I bought the Irridium plug.... I have over 3000 miles on that new plug.

I think they were around $8.00 each.
To my understanding it will last longer than a regular plug, Lower Fuel Consumption and Improve ignition efficiency to give you more power.
