I wish Can-Am would put out another pure sport X3 with the DCT trans but until another manufacture can really better the current X3 then I just don't think they will. Also I wish they would give these things some new names, the RZR and maverick need to be renamed.

So essentially is a extension cord that feeds the outlets and you have the manual option to switch from shore power or battery. Sounds easy enough if all the outlets run off the same breaker.

I still feel like the belt is here to stay. But having one machine with a belt option or paddle shift option would be fantastic.

I feel like the UTV industry is getting to the point where our big spenders that use to showcase a build thread don't do it anymore because of giving up any kind of edge to the competitors.

I think why you'll see internet traffic issues is because people stay on the main RZR forum or maverick forum because that's where they get the most like users to answer their specific questions. If you guys want that traffic get more company products on board here with video demonstrations...

It might only have to do with keeping the rust off to inspect for cracks or damage later, if they keep them bare metal.

I have had both and still prefer my 20ft enclosed to do any kind of trip. It's small enough to not feel heavy behind the truck and large enough to keep a old mattress in to do weekend trips.

For us out west it sucks towing with a flat bed during the winter when we get any kind of rain

If you ran the iPad where the Lowrance is in that enclose could you just run a Parker pumper or bilge fan house to behind it to keep it from overheating. I've seen some where that someone made a swamp cooler to keep the pumper air going to the helmets nice and cool.

I would love to see either the SxS manufacturer or a aftermarket company hoist there machine upside down from like 20ft and drop it right on the top of that A pillar to see how confident they are in design and failure rate. I'm sure the myth busters could do all sorts of math to find the crush...

The way I see it is the guys that won it did it by their driving skills. So anyone that thinks they shouldn't be racing is totally off, it should be making the UTV drivers learn how to drive the terrain better. On a side note I think I read some where that a X3 qualified to run with the ultra4s...

Where do you feel the reliability falls short?

I think a lot of people are starting to switch over to using a iPad of what ever size or galaxy tablet. Using apps like Gaia will let you customize and import tracks and overlays. I'm not a master at it but some one else might be able to chime in with more advise on this app or others

Kinda weird that Marc is still listed as driving a Polaris unless his X3 is not race ready yet and is just going in as a privateer. Can you switch manufactures and vehicles in the middle of a season?
