UTV Inc asked me to install and test the heat shield they created for the Commander to address the excessive heat in the lower bed box. I did this video to document the testing.
Findings: INCONCLUSIVE
With the cooler weather it appears that we cannot yet see the full benefits of the heat shield. I will have to try again once the weather warms up a bit.
UTV Inc is beginning production on a few of these heat shields. I would suggest you get them now, cuz you know you are gonna want them later.
