All UTV's Lowrance Elite 5m

So a while back I came across a good deal on a Elite 5m. I now am getting back into riding and I want to find out how to use this thing. Anyone have any good info on where to start? I have the Lowrance Western US Topo chip for it as well.

I guess my main question what's the easiest route to get trip installed on the unit?

You can buy a chip that has all the desert trails
\or have a chip that is ready for the unit - you can use Google Earth
make a trail and then take it to your program converted and put chip and load it up

Yup thats the one I got ;-)

On the other side it is nice to fine a trail on Google Earth and make a trail then take into the program, when you uploaded it will show up on MapCreate then you make in the file for the GPS
copy into you chip and uploaded - some time it just come up on your GPS ;-)
