Unreal! I smell a rat, it's okay for a PC use, but not for the citizens!

It's ok, they are on our side to a degree with this!

When reading the attached articles it's clear that the towers are to be erected for data collection and remain in place for a period of two years.

The goal being to collect wind direction, velocity, frequency and other scientific data in an attempt to either validate or disprove the previous flawed, skewed, biased “scientific data†collected, which currently forms the basis for calls and movements to close the WHOLE DAMN PLACE!!!
