As the UTV industry continues to grow, Spectrum Fabrication Inc. of Holland, MI continues their commitment to serving the expanding customer base for the RacerTech.com division, in addition to increased offerings in the RT Pro product line, focusing on research and development for the professional racing arm of the corporation.
Beginning in August, the industry pioneering Racer Tech is proud to announce the opening of its second facility, near Reno, Nevada. This 4,500 square foot facility located at 10 Greg St. Suite 104, Sparks, Nevada serves as both an in-company distribution center and a full service build facility. The showroom and retail store features the company’s most popular products and RT Pro fitted race cars.
“A large portion of our customer base is in the western United States.†says Andrew Prins, President of Spectrum Fabrication Inc. “Shipping from Michigan to the west coast usually takes 4-5 days. When our customers decide to purchase the highest quality products they want them fast. The Reno location will allow us to provide on-demand products and service to our west coast customers. If you break a part this weekend and are riding next weekend, you can’t wait until Friday for new parts. The new facility provides Racer Tech the ability to ship to the majority of the continental U.S within one to two days.â€
Alan Feik, new VP of West Coast Operations, returns to the Reno area with over 10 years experience as a mechanic and over a year of hands-on work at the Racer Tech headquarters in Michigan. His extensive technical experience, deep involvement in Racer Tech product development process and drive contributed to many new concepts and advancements throughout the company. Feik brings unmatched experience in full vehicle builds and product installation as well as technical pre and post-sales support. Tracy O’Connor, new Regional Sales & Marketing Director will provide customer service and dealer relations for the western United States and Canada. The pair will be fully supported by Racer Tech as they begin assembling the west coast team.
