Something to think about while you chew on that morning bagel....

 DEMOCRATES and Republicans
('different' ONLY in name)

We read all the jokes and forward the good ones
but I just wonder who will pass this one on.

How about you sending it on, and back to me,
if you have enough 'chutzpah' to do so.

Someone please tell me what the HELL's wrong with

All the people that run this country!!!!!!

Both Democrats and Republicans

Say,

"We're broke"

And can't help our own

Seniors,

Veterans,

Orphans,

Homeless,

Etc.,?????

But, over the last several years THEY
have provided direct cash aid to....

Hamas - $351 M,

Libya $1.45 B,

Egypt - $397 M,

Mexico - $622 M,

Russia - $380 M,

Haiti - $1.4 B,

Jordan - $463 M,

Kenya - $816 M,

Sudan - $870 M,

Nigeria - $456 M,

Uganda - $451 M,

Congo - $359 M,

Ethiopia - $981 M,

Pakistan - $2 B,

South Africa - $566 M,

Senegal - $698 M,

Mozambique - $404 M,

Zambia - $331 M,

Kazakhstan - $304 M,

Iraq - $1.08 B,

Tanzania - $554 M,

...with literally Billions of Dollars

and they still hate us!!!!

But on the other hand,

Our retired seniors,

Living on a 'fixed income,'

Receive NO aid!

Nor do they get any breaks, while our government
And religious organizations will pour
Hundreds of Billions Of $$$$$$'s
and Tons of Food to Foreign Countries!

Someone needs to explain to them that
Charity begins AT HOME!!!

And another atrocity....

We have Hundreds of adoptable
American Children who are shoved aside

To make room for

The adoption of

Foreign orphans.

AMERICA: A country where we have

Countless Homeless without shelter,
Children going to bed hungry,
Elderly going without needed medication
and the Mentally ill without treatment -- etc.

YET..........

They will have a 'Benefit' Show

For the people of Haiti, on 12 TV Stations;
Ships and planes lining up with food, water, tents
clothes, bedding, doctors and medical supplies.

Now Just Imagine if

Our own *GOVERNMENT*

Gave 'US' the same support they give to foreign countries.

Sad, isn't it?

99% of people won't have the 'chutzpah' to forward this.

I've been saying and thinking the same thing Dan.... why don't we help ourselves before we help other countries.... Why are we allowed to adopt abroad before we try to adopt here? Many people have various feelings towards the adoption process, but come on.......... we need to make a better process for those that want to seek that avenue...

The US has become a throw away society. We throw away our elders, our children, our responsibilities, our money, ad nauseum.

We are collectively becoming a poor excuse for human beings though I'm always encouraged that every once in awhile someone does something that surprises me and gives me hope.

I really think it's time we "Pay it Forward" just like the movie. Take care of our own, then IF we have residual, be charitable. Everyone thinks they are entitled to something, they are not. You have to earn it the old fashioned way, hard work and compassion.

We all think the military is hard assed, I do not. the first thing the military teaches you is how to live together, we need a big dose of that for society.

I'm not against helping, but if I'm giving away my hard earned $$$$ I want a ROI that gives back to me...

I just got a note on my Water bill: That in June 2013 if I have a $5.00 outstanding bill for 60 days, they will lock our water meter, send it to our home taxes and put a LIEN on our house.

All of this just for 5 bucks and no water ;-(

That is how they all think ;-(

Yeah and what if THEY owe YOU money? What is your recourse? Sue? This is quickly becoming a one way street, and I think it's high time we take back what is ours. This dual set of rules is going to be the end to this country real soon. Civil War is not too far off....

Yep its a sad state of affairs! Being adopted at birth I'm a big fan of it. My wife and I started looking in to it about 12 years ago and found out that it was going to cost us between 30 and 50k!

Couldn't help but think that money would be better spent raising the child as opposed to paying lawyers and fees. Thats the main reason people go out of the country to get kids. All the over seas aid when there are needy people at home doesn't compute. We need to get rid of career poloticians and get people in to office that want to really help the country not line their own pockets.
