As many of you already know, Tribal Whips LED lighted whips come with a 12 month limited warranty against manufacturers defects and craftsmanship. But we've added to that; From the original date of purchase, after the warranty period has expired, if something happens to the whip that prevents it from operating normally, you can opt to purchase a new replacement whip for only $35 USD. Additionally, within 18 months from the original date of purchase, at anytime, if you accidentally cause damage to your whip, with the exception of fire and theft, you can purchase a new replacement whip for only $35 USD. You may only purchase a new replacement pole one time for each LED whip purchased at retail. The $35 fee only replaces the damaged whip and doesn't include the mount and accessories.

And just to be clear, if your whip(s) stops working within the first 12 months from the original date of purchase, and it's not deemed to be the result of accidental damage, we'll replace the whip at no cost to the customer, as usual.

TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE $35, ONE TIME WHIP REPLACEMENT PROGRAM, CUSTOMERS MUST GO DIRECTLY THROUGH TRIBAL WHIPS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE DON'T MAKE ANY MONEY OFF THE DEAL, BUT WE WANT TO BE ABLE TO OFFER OUR CUSTOMERS THE MOST PROTECTION, AND FLEXIBILITY WHEN CONSIDERING THEIR PURCHASE
