Turner Cycles can, I've had them build custom length axles. Summer Bros can also build whatever length you need...

Also, Turner gives a 2 year warranty with their axles and CVs. It's usually not the axles that give you problems, it's the CVs. Jose couldn't come up with CVs that worked good for my car, but Turner did..
I've used both (Summers Bros 300M axles and Turner's EVOs) and am sold on Turner Cycles. Give Daniel a call...
