Why does this forum make me click on some quick reply icon that I cannot seem to find. Call me an idiot but I dont see the icon. Some one help me.

Use the "add reply" or "quote" button. I agree with you though. Not sure why it's that way.

The Quick Reply icon is the small "V" red box at the bottom right of every post next to the "Multi-Quote" button. The reason it is in place is because it helps fight against spammers who are simply using a program to infiltrate the site. As we finish the redesign of UTVUnderground.com I will keep in mind the displeasure of this feature.
