This is my buddies company based out of Portland, Radium Engineering. He manufactures these fuel surge tanks. I'll be using one of these in my SR1 race car. The quality is top notch.

We run an in tank pump with the pick-up to the rear of the tank, never had an issue. I can see where this may solve the issue with some of the newer low profile tanks people are putting under the seats, but for a regular fuel cell don't think its needed. Cool product though!
