XP 900 Real Solution for Airbox Seal

I have just received these air box seals from a great manufacturer of urethane products we work with. These are a engineering grade polymer that are highly conformable and pliable to create a total seal on your factory air box. I will post up installed pics tomorrow.

subscribed, waitin for pics. does it go on both sides of filter, or just one. Also, is it designed to eliminate the greasing of the filter edge?

Yes it goes on both sides of the filter and yes no more need for all that messy grease.

Here are the pics.

This installed easily and quickly. The seal is now tight and dirt free.

Remove the air box inlet tube lid and filter. Notice some sand has found it's way in already.



Install fixed box seal.



Install air box cover seal.



Place filter back in air box cover.



Install cover with filter back on the fixed box and tighten plastic wing nuts.



The seal is now dirt, dust and sand free.
