Default 2010 840 teryx couple questions

Hey guys got a couple questions.
1. What is normal running temp or ok temp? According to my coolant temp guage im right around 200 normally. And in deep sand or when im really in it im up around 215. Is that okay or too high? My teryx does have a Dasa impeller and cbr radiator.
2. When im at full throttle and then let off as the revs fall off there is a mild pop. Its not a backfire but a "pop" out of the exhaust. It does it with a load and idling. I've heard rumors of some of Dasa's maps being to lean. Anyway what do you guys think?

I have a 2009 Teryx with DASA pipes, DASA impeller, MSD, bored throttle bodies and a stock radiator. Just cruising around on the flat sand my temps stay at about 180. On a brisk dune run the temps will go up to about 195 or so. On a run trying to keep up with Waytay the temp will go up to about 210 and stay there. It cools down fairly quickly when I give it a rest.

If you are measuring the coolant on the hot side (leaving the top of the motor) then that is probably pretty average, if you are measuring on the inlet side, thats too warm, has it been pushing any coolant into the overflow?

I don't know if the temp sensor is on the inlet or outlet of the motor ill have to check. And the coolant in the overflow stays the same. Are you asking if the level in the tank rises or drops? Im not quite following sorry. Anyone have any input on the "pop"out on decel? Is this normal? Im just afraid it might be lean? Its runs great awesome power just worried I guess. Is there a way to manually adjust the msd or does it have to be mapped on the computer?

Ya just curious if during hard running if the tank is getting fuller and then when it cools down a bit if the tank is getting lower. This is a sign that you may be right on the edge of overheating. Typically if a cooling system is working good the fluid in the tank will rise a bit as the vehicle is warming up but will stay at an exact level during all types of running. Then after you stop the vehicle it will draft a little fluid out of the tank back to the radiator. Simple laws of expansion under hear and contraction under cold. Like I said before if the temp sensor is on the outlet of the motor, then those temps are fine.

As to the pop sound, typically rich pops are out the exhaust and lean pops are thru the intake. Not sure the system or tune you have in the teryx but I have seen this when you don't tune the decel cutoff properly to shut the fuel off when you lift the throttle, just guessing though, i'm just not sure the system you have. If its not violent and just a little faint I don't think its too much to worry about.
