The UTV World Championship announced today its extended partnership with K&N Filters for the 2018 Polaris RZR UTV World Championship powered by Monster Energy. K&N will be displaying and vending its thorough line of air filters and air intake systems at the massive Tech & Contingency at the Riverside Resort on Thursday, April 5th and Friday, April 6th.
K&N is excited to announce the release of their new Can-Am X3 intake system…it’s a true air intake system! The K&N 63-1141 AirCharger air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing in select CAN-AM models. The 63-1141 air intake comes with a K&N high-flow air filter which is protected from the elements with an enclosed filter housing. Air is directed through a custom-molded intake tube into the engine’s throttle body for better low-end torque and guaranteed horsepower. The oversized cone shaped air filter is washable and reusable with over double the filtration surface area for better dust holding capacity over the stock filter.
K&N has staked their claim in the UTV market with major wins at some of the largest races in off-road. In 2017, RJ Anderson won the UTV World Championship and Mitch Guthrie won The Mint 400 using K&N’s new RZR intake system. Most recently, Guthrie dominated the King of the Hammers to take the win at one of the most challenging races of the year.
K&N air intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow.
