Its a tough question to answer because it all depends on what you like to ride, how far you want to travel and what all your into. So we got together with UTVUnderground.com contributor Cody Hooper to put together a lineup of events that we recommend all UTV enthusiasts to look at! SILVER STATE JAMBOREE

LOCATION: Wild West Motorsports Park, Reno, Nevada
WHAT TO BRING: Your UTV, your race gear, and lots of water!
THE LOWDOWN: This event is shaping up to be Nevada’s largest Jamboree to date. It includes a race called the Hells Gate Grand Prix: It’s open unlimited 4WD rock racing insanity as 500 horse power vehicles and UTVs race on seemingly impossible obstacles. The Wild West Motorsports Park has nearly 1500 feet of elevation change (from top to bottom) as well as seating for up to 10,000 spectators.  It’s the perfect way for off-road fans to watch the fury of vehicles capable of traversing almost any obstacle from the comfort and safety of the grandstands with a view of 75% of the race course.  Walk the pits and get up close and personal with the teams at HellsGate. Race Classes include: Sportsman Class, UTV Class, Unlimited Class.

WHAT TO BRING: Motorhome/Tent/Toybox if you’re camping. Housing rentals are available on the sand! And, of course, your UTV!
THE LOWDOWN: If you’ve never been to Dunefest, you’re missing out. One of the premier dune riding locations in the world, Winchester Bay is about as scenic as they come. The dunes run through the forest down to the beach, and you can actually shred sand through the trees!

THE LOWDOWN: The 5th Annual Paiute Trail UTV Jamboree Will Include Great Riding, Great Vendors, Great Entertainment, Great Food and Some awesome Competitive events. The event will be central to the Paiute ATV/UTV trail in Marysvale, UT which is coincidentally in “the heart of UTV country”. The trail riding at this event is slower paced but beautiful and challenging!

Brimstone is a premier destination for the offroad enthusiast- the huge park has seemingly unlimited trails that range from beginner to brow-sweatingly difficult.

THE LOWDOWN: California is a hotbed for dune activity, and all of the big players make their way to the SSSS. For over a dozen years, this show has been evolving with the duning trends, and UTVs hit a huge mark at the show. Tons of great deals on custom-built units, the parts you want, cool swag, and all the footlong corn dogs you can embarrass yourself with make this a great event. The ASA raffles off a custom vehicle every year, and the proceeds go to keeping our dunes open and clean!

THE LOWDOWN: Since Nebraska doesn’t have an official state OHV registration or trail sticker fee, the $30 yearly fee benefits the NOHVA to help keep trails maintained and open. The bi-yearly jamborees are essentially fundraisers to fund the yearly upkeep of their trail systems, so go out and have some fun with friends while supporting a good cause!

WINDROCK PARK FALL JAMBOREE

THE LOWDOWN: Calling all ATVs and SxSs! Includes a range of events from guided rides, ATV Rodeo, poker run, Windrock Wide Open, Windrock Challenge, Drag Race, Mud Bog and Dash for Cash!  Spectators with a Land Use Permit are admitted free of charge.  Without a Land Use Permit, Spectators must pay $10 for adults, $5 for kids 12 and under with kids 2 years old and under admitted FREE to watch the events.  Competitors are required to have a Land Use Permit in addition to a one time fee of $10 which covers ANY AND ALL participation with the exception of the Poker Run.

Celebrity races, huge group dune rides, Show N Shine competitions, and plenty of giveaways make this an awesome kickoff to the California dune season.

THE LOWDOWN: The Baja 1000 is North America’s toughest challenge. A day-long party through the streets of Ensenada during the Tech and Contingency parade will allow you to get up close and personal with the baddest offroad machines on the planet. This year, it’s a point to point race- the flag drops on the streets of Ensenada, and winds its way 1,130 miles down the coast of Mexico to La Paz. Rest assured, there will be some INTENSE UTV action in Mexico
