- AMSOIL Pit Crew Challenge returns on Thursday, March 5th
- Showdown of the top pit crews in off-road racing begins at 7:30pm at the Main Stage lot on Fremont Street
- AMSOIL to display product line of synthetic lubricants at the Mint 400 Off-Road Festival
The Mint 400 announced today that AMSOIL will return to this year’s BFGoodrich Tires Mint 400 and serve as title sponsor of the AMSOIL Pit Crew Challenge. The AMSOIL Pit Crew Challenge will see pit crews from the top teams in desert racing battle it out for prizes and bragging rights on The Mint 400 Main Stage on Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas on the evening of Thursday, March 5.

Many Mint 400 racers will rely on AMSOIL’s synthetic lubricants to get them to the finish line on race day. Two-time Mint 400 Overall Champion Bryce Menzies will compete in the Unlimited Truck Class in the #7 AWD and Brad Lovell will pilot the #6138 AMSOIL Truck. Both Menzies Motorsports and Lovell Racing’s pit crews will compete in the challenge Thursday night.
As the margin between first and second place becomes smaller and smaller, pitting is one of the most important strategies in off-road racing.
