WE WERE RIDING ALL WEEKEND & IT SEEMED LIKE THE CLUTCH WAS SLIPPING. FINALLY YESTERDAY WE WERE CLIMBING A SMALL GRADE & IT STOPPED MOVING. WE CHECKED THE BELT & IT LOOKED GOOD. I HOPE IT IS JUST THE SHEAVE. WHAT SHEAVE SHOULD I GET TO REPLACE IT? WE RIDE 95% ROCK, LOOSE DIRT, HARD PACK & VERY LITTLE SAND.

DD, it sounds as if it is the wet clutch, do some reading on here and see if they sound the same as the problems you had, if so you will need to take her back to the dealer yet again. (or get a new one)
Yeah, a RZR-S..... You know you liked that ride, and so did Jenne!!!
I know it's not in the cards right now, but that sounds like one EXPENSIVE fix.... I hope you get it solved... Love Ya man!!!
