Who is ready for this race? Racing to the tip is full of challenges. 1250 +/- 25 miles brutal Baja landscape. The roads in southern Baja are like traveling on the face of the moon.
A 3 man crew in each truck will need to share driving and takes shifts sleeping. SAFETY is very important. Chasing this race is very difficult, the tour buses drive crazy, the road is 6" narrower than a trailer, crazy big rig drivers, late nights behind the wheel.
A crew of us went south last time the race ended in LaPaz. It was an 8 day trip and one the best adventures of my life. If your on the fence about going to this race my advice is go, take time off work, get a few buddies together and volunteer on a team. You will not regret it.
I cant wait, our UTVUG media team is so solid. This year is going to be epic.
Here is our 2010 Baja 1000 Adventure.
