Long ago when I actually used to go to the dez we always made the ride from Superstition to Camachos. Mexican food and beer.
796 W Wahl Rd, El Centro, CA 92243.
If you were stealth you could take the farm roads but the farmers have such an issue dealing with dust and the enviros that we always did the final 5 miles on pavement just to avoid any problems.
Take canal road south by fake lake and follow the power lines east where they cross the road. If your familiar with Plaster City/Superstition you'll get it. Cody was still racing 85's the last time I made that run.
Then theres the Old Highway Cafe on Ocotillo (not OW) Corner Evan Hewes and 8 freeway. All dirt access. Used to be food and full bar.
4 E Evan Hewes Hwy, Ocotillo, CA 92259
Up the street from the Cafe is the Lazy Lizard, name speaks for itself...
If you limit it to accessible by dirt only its going to be a short list...If you mean accessible by UTV that opens up to some mentioned above like Blue Inn, Red Earth, Slash X, Jawbone Cyn Store, The Joint in Randsburg, Anything in Oatman, AZ, Pappy and Harriots in Pioneer Town (Yucca Valley), Pirates Cove, Dez Bar
Randsburg... couple places there for a burger, beer, and the biggest $6 ice cream sundae you can imagine...Jawbone canyon store, Indian Wells Brewery, you can ride the powerline from Dove Springs and get a nice beer and steak... they also make hand crafted sodas...
I once went camping with a friend above Edison lake east of Fresno, he took me to a hikers meeting place that served food and a little old lady that made pies in her 1960's motorhome she hauled up there, best damn PEACH PIE I've ever eaten.... Anyone who has hiked the PCT in this area knows this place
the haunted hamburger and all the resteraunts in Jerome. all dirt (if you leave from chino valley az)except the last 1/2 mile when you get into town.cool ride ,very scenic , and a great place to visit.
A very cool place to ride/drive is to Gold Point Nevada. It is an old ghost town. They have sort of redone cabins for rent and they serve dinner. You would need to call and let them know you are coming, but it is amazing country with lots of old mines to explore. http://www.goldpointghosttown.com/
If you are plated there is the Happy Burro Saloon I Beatty NV.
Middlegate at Sand Mountain in Nevada. The building is over a 100 years old and was a pony express stop back in the day. Now its a bar and restaurant that has pretty good food. Home of the Monster burger. A huge hamburger that if you finish you get a shirt. I couldn't do it. The place is lined with lots of history and dollar bills covering the walls like other desert bar restaurants.
