Thanks guys. Towed my RZR with it for the first time yesterday and I hardly noticed the extra weight. Works for me!

I through this out there since we have had more than a few 6.7 fords blow up lately. The cab chassis ford 6.7 diesels(has different turbo and tune than the standard truck) have been blowing compressor wheels on the turbo and taking out the engines. We have had 5 turbos go out and one engine just go all under 25k miles.. also had major damage to the rod bearings and one spun.

No koolade. i maintain a fleet of fords most them aren't to bad. This is a major issue ford is having with the work truck 6.7 engine that might go to a recall of the turbo.

is the Turbo on F450's different than F350's? I heard of this too, but thought it was because the F450 and above use a different turbo

we have mostly 450 and 550. i have heard if it was a cab chassis truck/utility bed truck they run a different turbo and are detuned to keep the trans alive. the ford website f350-f550 cab chassis trucks have the 300hp 660tq engine
and up to a f450 in the standard truck with the 440hp 860 tq engine.
