The xp 4 frame can be strengthened rather easy but your totally right and fit and finish really lacks on polaris..an upgrade is really needed.

but why should you have to strengthen the frame. this should all be done during R&D. but i guess you have to cut weight some were. at thats more important then strength and durability.
