I have an unknown oil leak and it looks like it's coming from behind the sheave
2005 Rhino
I took the cover off and ran up and down the road and there is a good amound of oil on the skid plate below

I haven't taken the sheave off yet

Has anybody had this same problem and what's the fix ?????

I haven't done it but can't be that big a deal to change out. Even if you have to separate that third of the case to swap it. Download a manual and get at her! I think Yamaha uses a one way bearing for the engine brake. If so you definitely want to put that sucker back in the right way (you'll know if you don't) but there really can't be much to it. With the primary out you're halfway there.

Hey Ron did you get the seal changed out? If so do you remember if the clutch housing nut has back wards treads? I'm going to pull my wet clutch tomorrow and hear that they were from somewhere... Want to save hammering the nut up if they are back wards or not. Thanks
