Only tie rods that replace the inner tie rod end with a clevis would change steering geometry

Any time you change the location of the pivot point it will change the geometry. I manufacture Maverick parts and when we looked into building our race rods I wanted to use a clevis for strength but it pushed the pivot point out a minimum of 5/8" on a steering setup that already has bump steer. With that being said I'm sure the same thing still applies to the Polaris products.
In my opinion no stock rack needs a clevis. The rack will break long before the a clevis could be justified. Just my $.02
