We got 10th and 9th.. which is pretty decent considering the car was running really hot, was underpowered, and tiped the scales at over 1600 lbs with driver.. Scotty did a great job, especially for his 1st UTV short course race in a brand new car with zero seat time. The new suspension did amazing though. Huge thanks to Jimmy, Scotty and Bobby for letting us borrow some springs to drop the car down. There wasn't a car out there that could run through the mogals like ours did. Hopefully we can make the next race and be more competitive in the engine department!

Once Austin closed his eyes and didnt saturday, he passed Chad for second in whoops and it looked quite well. On the other hand, RJ shit on everybody last lap Sunday. But I guess I wasnt watching 3/4 of a lap back to notice...

yup. he was pretty far back there. its hard to push a car when the temps were pegged at 250 on the 1st lap.. not worth blowing a motor just to test things out. not bad for a 1st time racer, with zero seat time, and no shake down runs on the car, shocks straight out of the box that morning, etc etc.. He did better than i thought he would.

How come you weren't out there racing?

you must have had a transponder on.. i am sure its all automatic if your posting times. your times were showing up on the score sheet. but it did say you were in a different class i think.

Gotta love the sound of that R1 though. what silencers are you running on that thing? I have a video during practice where you passed our car on the grandstand jumps like it was standing still! LOL
