The 40.5-mile laps (five of them) will take on a trip around our Cal-City/Kern County desert on a trip you are going to love. The desert is currently blooming. The rains, albeit small, have pelted the area and we anticipate a few more drops that make the course FANTASTIC. All we need now is you!
Get your entry in before Thursday at 9 p.m. to receive your pre-run course files for the PURE200 - #3 - on March 24. Outstanding and mostly new 40.5-mile course. You are going to love it.
Please note, we were going to send you up what we remembered as a "tame" hill, but something happened since we last used it three or four years ago. We could not get up the course, wound up with a burnt belt and we were bummed out. Still, the course is great, challenging, fast at times, and certainly fun. We are thinking of a finishing time for some of the speedo drivers at 3:49.3496 hrs. That's my guess and I'm sticking to it.View attachment 14740 View attachment 14741
