I can help clarify:

Move in is September 18th Sunday from 12:01am to 5am. (AKA Saturday night, Sunday Early, Early morning for the late night people) At that same time Early-Bird admission is available to the public.

At least Sand Show is usually Fri-Sun, you could do Sand Show Fri and Saturday, head north on Saturday night and arrive for Set-up or Early-Bird admission...

For those in the Las Vegas area that may not have plans for Sand Show, they may truly appreciate having something "Off-Road related" to do...
