I am not sure. I hope more people show up with Yamaha's, Arctic Cats and Can-Ams. I was blown away that there wasn't a single X3 in competition down there.

The YXZ is a great desert racer.....there will be more of them in the future. I'd take mine but I don't have the time or logistics in place to do Baja the right way, at the moment. Pretty surprised about the X3, too.... but maybe the recall had something to do with it?

There is only 1 team, Murray Racing, with an X3 who traditionally races SCORE. This X3 recently won V2R unlimited class and raced Rosarito shortly after. We saved it for BITD Pahrump which we are hotly in contention for the points championship.

We at Murray Racing have been waiting for an official announcement from SCORE and it's taking them forever. Several other teams have concluded the same and expressed congratulations to us but nothing confirmed.
