The Rd 5 Fathers Day Super Weekend is just over a month away so its about that time to start making plans and knowing whats going on when you get there. The first wave of race event flyers have been release in Laughlin. We have 3 different flyers being released. Avi Resort/Laughlin/Mojave Valley Area flyer, Special SoCal flyer and the standard Dirt Series flyer. Be sure to check them all out.
The special room rates code for everyone planning to grab a room is "DIRT14". This must be called in to reserve. We will have trackside camping adjacent to the Pit Parking. This is $25 for the entire weekend (Fri-Sun) and is a reservation based set-up. You must purchase online first and then we will assign you the closest available camp spot. Please confirm the size of your set-up so we can accommodate accordingly. Standard slots are 20' x 50'. If you do not reserve before the race weekend you will be placed on a first come first serve basis. A map layout of the pit and camping area will be available on the website at the link above. Weekend Pit Passes are available for $15. Kids 5 and under are free. Racer Registration is currently open. If you are planning to race and you pre-register online by May 19th you will not need to purchase a separate Pit Pass as your race registration is your All Access Pass for the weekend. But ONLY if you pre-register online by May 19th.! The direct link to purchase your gate passes and register to race are available here and also available through the website at the above link. We encourage all racers to pre-enter for this race round. If you are unable to pre-enter via online please email [email protected] to confirm you will be racing so we can have the race day schedule determined before the weekend. A few classes will be racing on Saturday night as our showcase event. These classes will be determined in the coming weeks. There will be a scheduled practice on Saturday from 8am-3pm. Sunday will have the standard practice of early morning for all late entries who were unable to make the Saturday Practice. We will have a few open activities through out the weekend set-up to be a part of but the resort has opened there amenities up to the Dirt Series crowd for this Fathers Day Super Weekend event. One activity is the Saturday After Race Pool/Lagoon Party located back at the Avi Resort.
We do anticipate the resort and event to be a very busy so be sure to reserve your rooms as soon as you can. Reserving your trackside camping spot is highly encouraged also.
*** Pit Area Parking will be designated for sponsors & vendors ONLY. Current series sponsors must confirm before Monday June 9th so we can stage the spots accordingly.
