Hey everyone - been getting a lot of calls recently for options for mounting our RRP600 intercom and/or Vertex VX2200 radio, so figured Id show you some options.

Come on down to the Sand Show in a few weeks and see them all in person!

As far as intercom mounting we have two options - Sheetmetal colored panels or Billet.

Those are the sheet metal. Available in Red, Blue, Black, Platinum and Silver. $15 each for UTVUnderground members. They come with 4 stainless steel cap screws and 2 shorter knobs.

Those are our Billet Intercom faceplates. They come in raw silver and anodized black. Also come with 4 stainless cap screws and 2 shorten knobs $35.

How these mount: Set your front panel mount on your dash where you want it. Mark the 4 outside screw holes, ipod plug hole, and LED hole, along with the area for the 2 knobs.

Some people then cutout an oval behind the panel, others just drill the hole areas out. Basically what you are doing is sandwiching the dash in between the original intercom box on the rear, and the new faceplate on the front.

Remove the 4 black screws from the front of the intercom and the 2 knobs (they pull straight off) before attaching. Use the new stainless screws provided as well as the shorter knobs.

For mounting the Vertex VX2200, we have billet plates in both raw machined silver, and anodized black:

$55.

And if you are putting this setup in a Rhino, then you need our Rhino Plate, available in Silver or Black.

Mounts both the radio and intercom securely, as well as has a hole on each side for switches, passenger PTT, remote speaker activation, etc. Comes with your choice of colored faceplate for the intercom.

$85.

Then theres always custom, like this new F150 chase truck we just did :D

Teryx Plate for radio/intercom coming soon as well!
