CRANDON, Wisconsin (February 27, 2024) Crandon International Raceway is gearing up for an electrifying season, building on the success of a historic 2023 marked by record-breaking crowds and competitors, stellar races, and expanded corporate partnerships.

As is Crandon tradition, the race season kicks off early next week as race enthusiasts can secure their Camp Crandon campsite and Grandstand seat reservations for the 2024 Forest County Potawatomi Brush Run (June 21 – 23) on Monday March 4, 2024, at 12:00 noon (CST).

Fans with Brush Run camp reservations will then get exclusive access to reserve Camp Crandon sites and grandstands seats for the Polaris Crandon World Championships/Red Bull Cup (August 29 – September 1) from Monday, March 18 at 12:00 noon (CST) through Sunday, March 24.

On Monday, March 25 at 12:00 noon (CST) reservations for the World Championship weekend will be open to all. Last year, reservations for Camp Crandon on Labor Day weekend were sold-out six months in advance — also a new Crandon record.

Teams can purchase racer camping for either or both Crandon race weekends beginning on Monday, April 1 at 12:00 noon (CST). All 2024 camping, grandstand and weekend passes will be available online by visiting www.crandonoffroad.com.

Named America’s “Facility of the Year” at the 2022 Performance Racing Industry (PRI) show the raceway hosted more than 85,500 fans at its standout events, including a KISS “End of the Road” tour concert during the 54th Polaris Crandon World Championship Off-Road Race® weekend. In 2023, event attendance records were set at both the World Championships (68,494) and overall season attendance (85,523).

Crandon’s television and livestream numbers also set new records, bringing the excitement of off-road racing to millions of viewers. A combination of Champ Off-Road series and Crandon produced programming resulted in 2.2 million viewers enjoying the action over both race weekends, generating more than 8 million total livestream and television impressions.

Here’s what fans can anticipate from an action-packed 2024 season:

Championship Off-Road Series: Crandon International Raceway has finalized a three-year agreement with the AMSOIL Championship Off-Road Series starting in 2024. This rekindles Pro and Sportsman class short-course off-road racing at the renowned “Big House.” The series will be the cornerstone of both the June Crandon Brush Run and Labor Day weekend Polaris Crandon World Championships.

31st Forest County Potawatomi Brush Run: The season kicks off with the 31st Forest County Potawatomi Brush Run races from June 21 to June 23. Fans can anticipate thrilling practice sessions, qualifying rounds, and two full rounds of racing across Champ Off-Road Pro and Sportsman categories.

55th Polaris Crandon World Championships: In late August, the iconic Polaris Crandon World Championships, now in its 55th edition, returns for a four-day spectacle from August 29 to September 1. Boasting more than 2,300 designated sites, Camp Crandon is projected to reach full capacity early, providing fans with an immersive experience featuring on-track competitions, concerts, and camping.

Red Bull Crandon World Cup: On September 1, the 9th Red Bull Crandon World Cup Sunday takes center stage, featuring top Pro drivers vying for prestigious Crandon World Championship titles in the sport’s top classes. The weekend culminates in the highly anticipated Red Bull Cup race finale, won last year by the Lucas Oil-backed Ford Pro-2 unlimited truck of Keegan Kincaid.

Crandon Class 11 World Championships: Vintage Volkswagen Beetle enthusiasts will rejoice as the Crandon Class 11 World Championships return for the fourth consecutive year in 2024. Now a highly popular part of the Polaris Crandon World Championship weekend, the Class 11 category promises a nostalgic spectacle.

BROADCASTING TO MILLIONS: A top-tier combination of broadcast and television platforms came together in 2023 to share the excitement of Crandon with fans around the globe. This included Speed Sport’s “Live From” show presented by Toyota, which hosted Crandon World Championship drivers throughout Red Bull World Cup Sunday. Last year, more than 425 race teams from nearly every state, Mexico and Canada participated in the Polaris Crandon World Championships. This included a wide variety of truck, buggy, side-by-side and four wheel drive vehicles. Given the recent explosion in the off-road lifestyle by racers and fans alike, that Crandon record is likely to be eclipsed in 2024.
