Pre-Running, Poker Run, Downtown Experience & More!
The Parker 400 Off-Road Race returns to Parker, Arizona January 10th-14th. The preliminary Schedule of Events has been announced as teams begin to make plans for the first off-road race in Parker since 2022. The event also marks the 50th anniversary of its first running in 1971.
Desert Clean Up // Saturday, January 6th: The Parker 400 has announced an industry wide desert clean-up event the weekend preceding The Parker 400 Off-Road Race. The goal of the event is to unite the off-road community and clean up trash in and around the Parker desert, as well as promote sustainable habits and responsible public land use to improve Arizona’s desert landscape.
We are asking participants to pre-register to better account for event shirts and supplies. Details regarding Desert Clean Up registration will be available soon.
Legends Rally Poker Run // Saturday, January 6th: Come drive The Parker race course! The Legends Rally Poker Run is open to the general public in their off-road cars, trucks and UTV’s.

Pre-Running // Tuesday, January 9th & Wednesday, January 10th: The Parker 400 is excited to announce two days of open pre-running (not a guided fun run). Registered race teams will be able to pre-run The Parker 400 to see the course, make notes & prepare for the ~420 mile race. Check in is required and teams pre-running must sign our event waiver prior to beginning their pre-run.
Parker 400 Downtown Experience // Thursday, January 11th: Come experience the off-road vendors and race vehicles up close and personal. Technical Inspection, Contingency and Racer Registration will be held downtown Parker.
This event is free and open to the general public.
Qualifying // Thursday, January 11th: Qualifying will be held at the official Start/Finish Line. Qualifying classes include UTV Pro NA, UTV Pro, UTV Pro Open, Class 10, Unlimited Truck SPEC, Class 1, Unlimited Truck Legends and Unlimited Truck. Some of the best action happens at qualifying. Come watch these classes throw down for their race day start positions.

Limited Race & Youth Race Day 1 // Friday, January 12th: The Parker 400 Limited Race & the first day of youth racing will take place on Friday. A list of classes racing on this day can be found on this page.

Unlimited Race & Youth Race Day 2 // Saturday, January 13th: The Parker 400 Unlimited Race & the second day of youth racing will take place on Saturday. A list of classes racing on this day can be found on this page.

Awards Ceremony & Volunteer BBQ // Sunday, January 14th: After the dust settles from two days of intense racing action, awards will be presented to podium finishers of The Parker 400. The Parker 400 will utilize over 100 volunteers in support of the event, including race week activities like the off-road festival downtown Parker, and the two days of intense racing action in the Arizona desert.
